This experience shaped how I think about customer success — not just as support, but as a system that directly impacts retention, growth, and long-term client relationships. It taught me how to build trust at scale, guide clients through key stages of their journey, and create consistency in how customers experience the business. Being part of a company recognized on the Inc. 5000 reinforced how powerful strong client relationships and structured customer journeys can be in driving sustained growth.

What started as a small product initiative evolved into a multi-million-dollar direct-to-consumer eCommerce operation, driven by high-demand product launches and rapid growth.

The breakthrough came during the 2016 election with a political novelty store that quickly scaled to high daily order volume. From there, we expanded into additional product lines, including the Hipster Nativity, fulfilling over 250,000 orders while maintaining operational consistency and accuracy.

Sow & Grow Co. is where I focus on building businesses the right way from the start. After working inside fast-scaling environments, I saw how quickly things become overcomplicated, and how much stronger businesses are when their foundations are clear, simple, and built to last.

 

My work centers on building complete marketing foundations, from brand and website through to customer flows and systems, while continuously using these builds to test new ideas, stay current with AI, and refine how modern marketing systems should actually work.

I’m a mom of four in a blended family, so life is full, busy, and always moving. It’s taught me patience, communication, and how to keep things running smoothly no matter what’s going on.

AI, marketing, systems, and constantly figuring out better ways to do things. I spend a lot of time exploring new tools, testing ideas, and learning what actually works in real life, not just in theory.

SELF CARE

Getting outside rock climbing, hiking, reading, are how I reset. It’s my way of stepping away from the noise, recharging, and coming back with a clearer head.
